Ollie's Restaurant

"We have been going to Ollies for over 20 years and this new manager is absolutely the most rude person I have ever spoke to. This is the third time we’ve ordered takeout in the past month and the third time the order was wrong. I ordered the Parmesan and crusted chicken Which comes over pasta and with a side. When my husband was placing the order, she said it came with two sides and I thought well I ordered the salad. What other side does it come with? He went to pick up the order There were the two salads but no pasta. So I called her and I told her there was no pasta and she told me you ordered two salads and I said well, where’s my pasta she said you didn’t order it and I said well it comes over Pasta and she proceeded to tell me that “ people”sometimes order it without pasta, I said, but I never told you I didn’t want the pasta I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager I was very appalled at her attitude and the way she spoke with me. Needless to say that that was our last time ever going to this restaurant do yourself a favor do not frequent there."

"I placed an order for takeout on today’s date, January 29th. Keeping in mind that last week I also placed an order in which my order was screwed up. I paid extra for bread, and they gave me stale bread, and not even the kind I requested. So a friend of mine went down to pick up my order tonight. I ordered stuffed chicken breast with another order of bread, of which they gave me the wrong type bread yet once again. I ordered carrot cake and it was not to be found in my order. I called up Ollies and spoke to the manager who was less than kind or apologetic. She told me that she herself put the carrot cake in my order. There was no carrot cake in my order. I I am not a liar as she was implying. Over $4.95. I’m going to argue with somebody?! The rest of the meal was just as bad taste wise. I am so disappointed in Ollies. I patronize that restaurant on a regular basis. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone now. They have no idea how to manage a complaint at least in my situation."

"I have had my Christmas dinner catered by Ollie’s for years. I have been working with Matt in the past. I never had a problem. This year I had Mike handling everything. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I am sure he was very busy but yet he didn’t hesitate to answer my questions. I have since tasted the food and it is delicious!! Thanks Mike an team. Merry Christmas and happy New Year"

"Took my mom and sister here for my moms birthday, my mom usually goes a lot and likes it but this time it was horrible. Potatoes were not cooked all the way. Nothing was. And I spent $90. I should have complained and not even paid but it was a birthday gift for my mom so I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. But how do you mess up pancakes?! Still gooey on the inside. Hard potatoes, goopy pancakes, runny scrambled eggs. And the kitchen ware wasn’t even clean. Spots all over the cups and silverware. Also Never brought a drink I asked for."
