"I will never recommend this place for shirts. I placed an order on May 15 and on May 16 they took the payment out of my account. As of June 19th, I had still not received my order. I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. I was supposed to get a refund by Monday, June 26 and today is July 1 and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them and left voice messages and no response from them."

"So wasn't really sure how to rate this at this time... It is going on 3 weeks since i have ordered my items from Annandale Sports. Not as long as some have waited, however i have reached out to two separate phone numbers, emailed and also sent something now on Facebook in hopes of literally just getting a response. I understand you all are likely swamped. But its a phone call.... I just am making sure there wasn't an issue with my order/purchase. I have been dealing with Annandale sports since i was in high school (1980's) and service has always been good. So i give the benefit of the doubt that things are just crazy as new seasons are starting. I won't wait five months for sure. not for a few tee shirts and sweatshirts that say Mason Baseball on them. not feasible."

"Zero Stars, but this review will not let me leave the stars blank. We ordered Team Gear on August 31, 2021. I had to contact this company 5 times with a threat of canceling the credit card payment to get them to send me the gear I ordered. I just got the gear a week ago, yes, 5 months later, and once again there is an issue. Instead of a shirt, they sent a hat. Never again will I purchase anything from this business. They are very, very unorganized and less than responsive. I wish I would have just canceled my order rather than believe I would actually get what I ordered. Considering I have never given a bad review to any company, especially a privately owned company, you can bet I am totally dissatisfied with their service!"

"Needed to get a baseball glove relaced and refinished. Customer service was awesome, price was fair and workmanship was great. Highly recommend Annandale Sports just based on customer service alone."
