"I bought a pair of align shorts and once I got home I realized they did not remove the sensor. I had received a survey and filled it out. I was disappointed because I live about 1/2 hour away from the store. The manager sent me a new pair of shorts and told me next time I am in the area, I could come in and she would remove the sensor from the shorts I purchased. That is real customer service. Thankful for my experience there and will happily continue shopping the Harbor East store."

"I came to this location after the one in Towson refused a valid return. And I’m so glad I did, the young ladies who helped me were so kind, personable and pleasant! Paige helped me and I’m definitely coming back to shop with her in the future.
