"My family couldn't be happier with our kitchen renovation done by the United Stones! So I decided to write this long review to share more details of my experience working with them. It was a big project that included tearing down the walls, building a new kitchen island, and replacing existing cabinets and countertops. I heard of the company from a friend's friends, who hired the United Stones for their kitchen renovation and were very pleased with the results. Yaxi and Mike are so professional, accountable, and detail-oriented. They made the entire renovation process hassle-free for me as a first-time renovator. I highly recommended it for several reasons: 1. Licensed and insured with very reasonable price. Although some unlicensed contractors offered lower quotes, I was concerned that I can't be held reliable if sth goes wrong, especially since my projects involved tearing down two walls and rewiring. United Stones' workers are licensed and insured (we had Wilfredo and Andreas who have been with the company for a long time), and its quote was quite competitive among the five companies I contacted (perhaps because it has its own warehouse of cabinets and countertop). 2. Efficient, reliable, and patient. I was really impressed by Yaxi that he sent me the 3D design within one day of our initial talk! Their workers assembled the cabinets in the warehouse before the remodeling began, so the actual time they worked in our house was shorter than they promised. All of them are very patient with my questions and requests. Yaxi and Mike gave me a lot of useful advice, but also respected my preferences and budge concern. 3. Fantastic customer service when things went wrong! I ordered a range hood through United Stones, and discovered a minor chip on its glass edge after the workers installed it and removed the plastic firms (likely caused during shipping). Yaxi and Mike were amazing that they arranged a replacement for me the next day without any charge! This was not a cheap expense for them include the replacement and labor cost. For their family business, they do care about the long-term reputation and customer satisfaction. 4. Showroom. They present a few different styles in heir showroom, which was extremely helpful for me to compare and pick on the styles and materials, as well as discuss the designs I want."
