"Great Selection. Friendly staff"

"The employees are great. The issue is with the lack of selection for men. This branch never has most of what the other branches have, nor are the sizes varied much.. If you are between a size 8 and 10 you may find what you need. But 11 and up might as well forget it, selections are slim to none."

"I have weird feet which is only worse because I have had surgery on one foot and not the other. The nice lady helped me figure out what sizes I wear now, how to figure between the 3 sizes I might fit in and for the width I may have to wear men's. She took time with helping me, which was very nice."

"Tess and Carrie were very helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for. Tess made some suggestions and I'm glad she did. Ended up purchasing 2 pair of Size 13 shoes which are very hard to find but this place is them."

"Came to this location with intention of purchasing white Converse. Found exactly what I was looking for and inside the box was a sale tag for $39.99, original price was $49.99. When I got to the register, the cashier was sitting on the counter talking to another employee. She then hopped down off the counter and proceeded to cash out my transaction. She told me my total was $49.99 and I said, there is a sale tag that states they are on sale for $39.99. She told me that was an old sale and she would not honor the sale price. However, I previously was a store manager for Shoe Dept and know that if someone asks for the sale price which they neglected to remove from the shelf you are to honor it. She refused and said I could come back and speak to the manager at a later time. The customer service was rude all over $10.00. So for $10.00 you lost what was a faithful and loyal customer. I hope that $10.00 was worth what I buy in shoes in a year, and just a little side note, word of mouth for poor customer service goes far."
