"Don't waste your time. We waited over an hour for our food and the place was practically empty. 30 mins after ordering, I was informed that the meal I ordered was unavailable. We were among 3 other tables complaining that the food was taking too long. There were only 5 tables with customers in the whole building. When the food was finally served, the eggs were dry as a tire, as though they had sat under a heat lamp for way too long. The table next to us had their ENTIRE ORDER compensated for the long wait, but we were only given a 10% discount on the bill ($4). The daughter of the owner said it was the "best they could do" even though that was clearly a lie. Very disappointed. We don't get to eat out very often so this was especially sad for us. We will not be going back."
"Great services we were greeted and seated as soon as we came in the door. The hostess got our drinks and a little while after the waitress came and took our order. Great first experience."
"It was explore a different diner day we didn’t wait long for seating, got our drinks and waited awhile for our meals. When it came everyone enjoyed their meal however the meatloaf needed more seasoning. Not too excited about another visit but time will tell."
"We were an hour away from home and stopped in for some food. I was with my husband and daughter. We didn't see the sign that said they were short staffed. There was only two other tables with two people at each table, was not crowded. We ordered burgers and my daughter had the kids spaghetti and meatballs. The burgers were delicious, the onion rings were hand made and decent, the spaghetti and meatballs were good according to my daughter. The meatballs were real meat not frozen meatballs and the portion was big. I really enjoyed the chili with the mozzarella cheese and onions, it was homemade and really good!!!! The food did take very long to come out which normally wouldn't be a big deal but it was warm outside and the AC wasn't very good in this place. We were kinda sweating. The price was fair but could've been better. I did like that it was an old fashioned place. Server was a nice young man. I would like to try it again on a cooler day or when the AC is working better."
"Worst breakfast ever. First, it was cold. Ate it anyway cause they were so short staffed we didn't want to wait for her to come back. Second, bacon was gross. It was solid fat, there was no actual meat, just a horrible grey color. Third, asked for potatoes CRISPY, they were not not even semi crispy, just mushy mess. Won't be back."
