"I can not rate Coopers based on the restaurant, unfortunately. Next time we're in Scranton, we'll have a meal. But it was fun to go to the gift shop, which was the purpose of the stop this time, and to take a few pics. Staff in the gift shop were friendly."

"So.. I would like to point out that the servers should be trained better. Why do I say this? Well when the waitress asked if everything was ok, our response was no. Not once did she say oh no so sorry to hear that, let me get a manager, how can we fix this. Nope on the contrary she ran away for quite some time and when she finally came back she asked us if we wanted a box .... Well where I come from when you say NO the food was not good you don't ask do you want to take that bad food home with you. So let me get into the food situation. Whatever happened to bread before the meal? No? Pennsylvania doesn't do that? The croutons in the salad were extremely hard. Dentists are expensive. The tomatoes were not fresh. The lobster Mac n cheese first bite stabbed my mother in law. (see photo) no cheese I don't know what that was. Do not recommend. The shrimp scampi was dry and hard and swimming in I don't know what that was. My shrimp on the side were overcooked and greasy. And I can't even begin to speak on the soft shell crab... My goodness. I asked for no tomato but the tomato was there and I had to take that out. Ok whatever np. Part of the lettuce was black and old. Do we not inspect the food before serving it? I don't understand the restaurants here in this state. No flavor no sense of hospitality no common sense whatsoever. I will add photos to everything I described."

"The food was pretty good. Seafood was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. You can spend an hour just looking at all the walls and all the different photos and stuff in there. Really nice place to bring your family for dinner. I recommend it highly"

"What a beautiful restaurant! I really enjoy my lunch here. Everyone is very pleasant, very good service and welcoming. I really enjoyed the crab cakes, surf and turf, oysters, and key lime pie. Their bloody mary is very good! the quality food is very great. I def will come back! I highly recommend this place. I enjoy it a lot!"
