"Been going here since it was in the mall. The same things has been happening over a year and today I got tired of having my time wasted so I went back in to voice my opinion the following is my usual experience with good look through out the last year . Through out the past year whenever I go into this shop no one knows when they have appointments available, no one knows when any other barber will be in they will let you sit there until you think it’s your turn to only tell you they have an appointment up next you gotta wait till 3 pm after waiting for however long should be the first thing said but no this shop doesn’t have customer service skills if you don’t ask about their appointment schedule they will let you sit for however long you please. Today I was told that By the 7 foot ex Marshall football player that cuts hair in there that he cut my hair a year ago and I came back the next time and let the owner Mikey cut my hair so he figured he wasn’t my barber and then told me he does business who he decides to do it with after I asked him if there was a problem with me he then said he does business with he wants too again confirming there is a problem with me assuming it’s because I let Mikey cut my hair whos cut my hair many of times since I was 14 so I guess there’s secret animosity and a hint of female like tendencies cause out of all the barber shops i go to no one has ever mentioned me getting my hair cut by another man especially a 7 foot 400 pound man would be the last one I expect to act like a women"

"Michael (Metáfora Barber) is one of the best barbers in the Eastern Panhandle. His fades are on point, line ups on point and the straight edge razor cleanup up at the end is the icing on the cake. Good Looks does have some highly sought after barbers so I suggest calling in ahead of time for an appointment or setting up an appointment through the application Booksy which is what I use and it’ll show you the open time slots. I believe they do walk-ins also however the appointments are prioritized and you could possibly be sitting there for a long time until the appointments are done."
