"BEN is a spectacular customer service / mechanic at Trek bicycles in Leesburg. Everybody in there I have interacted with have been really nice and easy to talk with. I dropped my bike off for a level 3 service and again Ben said once he gets into it if it doesn't need a level 3 he's not going to do a level 3 which I respect. When we left the shop my son told me those guys are really cool he's 8 years old. They always check out your bike while you're waiting. If you need a bike or service definitely take it here.
