"This store is the definition of bait and switch! They have giant posters all over the inside and outside of the store for Buy One get One 1/2 Off. But when you get to the register you find out that there’s a whole list of shoe brands that only apply if they are more expensive than the other shoes? What?!!! That makes absolutely no sense. So because my husband bought $90 sketchers we were not eligible for the discount on my $60 Hey Dude Shoes. I will never step foot in another Off Broadway, I’m happy to pay full price for my shoes without the manipulative sakes tactics!"

She checked me out and offered me to join the club and got me $15 off due to awards points. then she said to enjoy my event tomorrow. Definitely above and beyond!
