"I don't ever write reviews, but found this one to be necessary! I ordered a custom stick yesterday for my son's birthday in August. I figured it would take at least 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. When I saw the shipping information said it would arrive the next day (less than 24 hours later), I assumed something was incorrect with the shipping information. Well I was wrong, and 24 hours later, his custom stick is here, and it is amazing! He is going to absolutely love it. Completely blown away by this level of customer service. What a great experience.while waiting for a new DNA 2 to get strung we went on a tour of the facility.Everyone was awesome and friendly.
