"Frequented the store for many years. Got to know all the sales people and my son spent soooo much $ here and I bought him many airsoft guns for gifts over the years. This Christmas he picked one out and then didn’t feel great about it when we got it home for various reasons. They do have a no return policy but I really hoped they would help us out bc of our long term loyalty and the fact that we would have wanted to do an exchange and it wouldn’t have put them out in any way. Price tag was still on, never used. The guy wasn’t very kind about saying no and wouldn’t help a mom out at Christmas. I wrote to the owner and never even heard back. It sucks to be treated like this when you’ve been loyal long term customers! I get a policy is a policy but being treated unkindly and ignored on top of being so rigid really disappointed me."

"Have visited frequently for my airsoft gun issues. Have always received sound repairs, or solid advice for more difficult exotic guns. My current issue was a long standing sniper action defect that made it jam and break during games. their tech was able to quickly identify and repair. Airsoft is expensive overhead, but these technicians, have done a thorough job making sure I get the product I wanted."
