"I love my hair, Jessica did a very nice job! She even wrote me a thank you note and mailed it to me after my appointment. The only downside was that it took 3 hours for a full head of highlights and no cut, and my old salon did it in about 1.5 hours with a cut. It took way too long, but I do love my hair."
