"This place is ridiculous. they say your food will be ready in 10 minutes and you get there in 20 just to be safe, and now I’m still standing in the store 15 minutes later. I don’t even know how they stay in business."

"Witnessed 4 ft length of receipts being thrown out by cashier in only a couple of minutes, equivalent to almost a half-mile of paper per day. This waste means both increased costs (passed on to customers), and also excessive environmental degradation."

"Ordered food 20 minutes ahead of time and they didn't make it. They also lie to customers and say they don't have WiFi because it's not available. Awful customer service. Hopefully they go out of business so we can get a locally owned place with good food again. I live 60 seconds away and will drive anywhere else."
