I had to wait a bit longer than I hoped but I realized that there were other members being helped. When I got in to see Anthony he was extremely thorough. He explained everything very clearly and helped me understand my next steps. I could see how serious he took my situation all while he was also training someone at the same time. Yes early on some things needed tweaking such as finding the right crew to positively carry out American Heritages values. Great employees now and days are very hard to come by.
