"I had the most amazing experience today. When I arrived John, the owner, told me that his machine had messed up several of my shirts. Before I could react, he first apologized for the mistake and for the job taking a few days longer than it should have. Then he told me the reason it took longer was he had purchased brand new shirts from two different locations to make sure he matched the originals exactly. He solicited help from his family to ensure he matched the quality of my original shirts. He branded the new shirts and turned what could have been a horrible situation into an amazing story of customer service at its very best. Mistakes happen but it’s all in how you correct them that really matters. "When I went here for the very first time, the guy who helped me was pretty laid back. I dropped my uniform in to have the logo stitched in, he told me i can pick it up afternoon of the next day and there after. It was an easy process. Altho when I came to pick it up, it wasnt ready yet thats what they told me i just had to wait 5 min to have them put my uniform on the machine and its done. I came the next time around and the owner was there. He took my uniform. I asked him when will it be available, he respondsd with him talking loudly and sounded irritated, I CANT GUARANTEE ANYTHING BUT WE WILL CALL YOU. I was taken aback because I was asking politely and its normal for me to ask when I can pick up the uniform. He did say they are busy with other stuff and I said I do understand that. I called the day after just to check the status of my uniform since I only have one scrub left for them to do, see if i can pick it up just like last time, since he did not give me an exact day or time. The owner started talking loudly like I have offended him. VERY RUDE. When I try to be nice and told him why he sounded upset he said, YOU ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT US, EVERYBODY HAS BEEN SO HAPPY ABOUT OUR SERVICE IF YOU WANT JUST TAKE UR UNIFORM. And i put it in caps because he was really shouting. and i wasnt even being rude to him. I thought that was really unneccessary. I feel attacked. I wonder if anyone had the same issue. I wish I had the other guy from before help me instead. And in all honesty from my previous experience i bet it only takes them 5 min to put it in the machine and be done with it. Also when I asked him if they are open weekends, he said they are open only saturdays and he loudly said HE CANT COME IN SUNDAY AND THAT I CANT TAKE HIS DAY OFF FROM HIM. Like dude who is taking ur day off??? You need some chill pill!"

"Your hours posted on your door say your open Saturdays 9 to 1 as does your message when I called. It's Saturday at 10:56 a.m. and you're not open. I need my shirts. Today is my only day to pick up my shirts because they are needed for Monday morning at 8 a.m. ."
