"Very disappointed, my wife contacted them last week for an estimate and I stopped in the store to take pictures and see what we would be interested in. We then had someone come out to measure and were 100 percent going to move forward with the project using them. Friday morning my wife missed a phone call and called back immediately to no answer so a voicemail was left. After calling back three more times and leaving another voicemail on Monday, my wife sent an email today. They did respond to this and let us know someone would be calling today.
