"I had an inconvenient time at this store last Saturday because the manager on duty, curly hair and white, was conversing about an inappropriate topic in front of my child's ears. I will not be returning to this business EVER again. Some people have no class."
"You guys should have self check, because every time that I have went in to this store and I ask for help or if I as for any size of shoes the answer is always ,(if is not in the shelves we don’t have it ) they never take the time to check or give you different options."
"This place has great deals. Plenty of different type of shoes. Same shoe at DSW but 20 bucks cheaper and during holiday seasons price drops dramatically. Excellent place for kids shoes too."
"I brought my son here to get shoes. We didn't know his size and it had worn off his current shoes. We walked past the clerk 3 times and she never asked if we needed help. Finally I approached her to see if she worked there. She told me there was no device in the store to measure his feet. She suggested he pick a shoe he like and then try different sizes until one felt right. Never heard of a shoe store that can't measure feet. We left!"
"Extremely disrespectful General Manger. We had a manufacture issue with a pair of shoes we bought our son. He only wore them a few times to church and they became unthreaded around the ankles. See pictures for details below I called and spoke to the manger and she told me I could bring the shoes in and they would credit them or replace them. We brought the shoes in she compared them to a car wreck insulted us trying to say we have had the shoes for a very long time and also insinuated we weren't being truthful about how much they had been worn. Her words "The shoes are worn out. You can't read the tags and the bottom of the shoes were torn up." Apparently she is blind! I did not have my receipt but they assured us ahead of time it wouldn't be a problem but once at the store it was. Almost everything they assured me above ahead of time was disregarded once in store. I simply wanted the pair replaced due to a manufacture issue. We buy shoes here all throughout the year for the different seasons. We will never shop here again. Even my four-year old mentioned how rude they were and that they hurt his feelings. Bottom line: They are cheap, not the shoes, but the staff. Plenty of other shoe stores with more honest staff and better corporate policies."
