"Things were great for years until they sent my new card to the wrong city even though I called them a month prior to make sure my info was up to date and that my card was coming to me. One too many of the services I pay for just gave me the "hey you didn't pay us" pop up again because it was connected to my original card number. Please: CALL them to verify your address, updating your info on the website/app does not matter. Calling them might not matter either, but I just don't know anymore. Good luck."

"This used to be the best bank I ever went to. Today I went in there for the first time in about 6 years and the teller I got was very very short with me,rolled her eyes,and over all was not a very pleasant person to talk to. Didn't greet me no small talk. Idk not what I remember from 6 years ago considering the size of the check I had. I kinda got the vibe she thought it was a fake check or something. Idk won't be back in there after my check clears and I pull my money out and move to as diff bank."
