"Went in to exchange defective controller, had all necessary information for exchange and was within time period. Sales associate Trenton stated he would not do exchange. Asked if there was a way to contact the manager to discuss options, he stated it was inappropriate to give me the managers information. Asked to leave my information for the manager to call me, he stated he was not going to do that either. This associate was one of the most rude and arrogant staff members I have ever dealt with. We will be calling corporate to get the managers information as this is not our first bad experience with this staff member but definitelythe worst. Do not recommend this location until this associate eis dealt with."
