"This is not a glitzy place: it is basically a warehouse with lots of higher-end equipment -- new & used -- packed edge-to-edge. A major part of their business is apparently commercial leases to hotels, fitness clubs, etc. Consequently they maintain them too, a not-small-consideration for upper-end, electronics-stuffed, aerobic machines. They do a good job of install and setup. For a consumer, there are two major benefits compared to big-box, gltizy, sport stores: 1) a staff with real understanding of the gear and your choices; and 2) availability of well maintained, higher-end gear coming off lease at very steep discounts. Compared to commercial use, your home gym will never wear this stuff out, so these represent solid long-term value. Well, maybe the silly electronics may fail . . . Even discounted his commercial gear is still more expensive than consumer options, but it lasts forever, and the quality is apparent with every rep. Five years is maybe the outside margin for a $1200 home gym from, well, you know the ones . . . I am a 25 year osteoarthritis patient and need to use this gear, so know what i am talking about . . . "Do not do business here. This business sold me a Waterower machine, natural color, for $1,499 plus tax ($89). They said it was commercial grade and worth $3,000. I looked it up online and the same model, new, costs $1,199. I then called the manufacturer and they looked up the serial number. The unit I purchased was built in 2017. I called the store and asked what they would do to remedy the situation. Because they had already paid commissions to the sales rep (I bought this 2 days ago), they were willing to take it back for a full in-store credit or give me back $300. I don't want a credit because I don't trust the store, and the $300 refund makes it equivalent to the price of a new unit, yet it's six years old and has a one warranty from the store. The manufacturer said they are not an authorized reseller so I'm not sure how they would initiate a warranty repair. I called back the next day to facilitate then refund and asked if perhaps I could just pay them the amount they paid the sales rep in commission and then get a full refund. The owner got very upset with my line of questioning and eventually hung up. No refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This is a dishonest company that is more worried more about having to take back commission from their sales rep than they are making the customer happy. Do not do business here."

"**Friendly service at the best price around** I recently purchased a large piece of gym equipment (dual cable functional trainer) from another company that I needed help installing. Total Fitness Outlet was recommended to me and I was not disappointed! Joey did a great job installing the piece AND at the best price around. I got installation quotes from at least 4 other places - all were at least $100+ more expensive than Total Fitness Outlet. Very happy to have my home gym up and running thanks to Joey and TFO!"
