"I've been here 3 times. The selection is absolutely amazing, but the stress I felt here was overwhelming. I am very serious about my footwear, and I do a lot of research before I ever approach the store. Going into public places is not easy for me, and I also like to take my time and look over everything. I felt very rushed. I was immediately approached by someone, fine I am now aware of your presence, but by no means do I want someone hovering over me the entire time I am trying to decide what I want to try on. The last time I visited I walked out of the store with nothing because all i heard about was how this woman was a runner and she wore a certain brand and which ones I should try. My foot, is not your foot, my journey is not yours. Please be conscious of others and if they say they would like to take some time looking let them. On 2 visits my husband and I spent several hundred dollars in your store but I will probably be afraid to ever come back after my last visit."

Shawnee was knowledgeable of the store’s inventory, and additionally possesses incredible product knowledge, and knew exactly what I was after. "As someone with plantar fasciitis and overall problem feet I drive over 40 minutes to go to this shoe store only. From work out sneakers, to work shoes, to slippers, they have all of needs taken care of in the best brands available in the business (for fair prices). Grace is absolutely amazing and I was so thankful to be taken care of by her today. She help me figure out that I was wearing the wrong shoe size and gave me recommendations to help me feel confident with my purchase. She was welcoming and seemed to truly care about my needs. In the past, the staff have always gone above and beyond for me. I am not from the area, but since I have moved here, I feel this is the best shoe store that I have ever been to. This store is local, welcoming and not a huge franchise that only cares about your $$$. I am so thankful that I have an option to go in and try on the brands that I want and see if they are a good fit for my feet.
