"Went in for a gel manicure, 3 days ago. Nails are already chipping and my cuticles are mangled. A proper manicure includes soaking to properly cut the cuticles and a hand massage, neither of the procedures were completed. The person doing my manicure also took a FaceTime call, NO focus on the customer! Going to a salon means you should be pampered, not here."

"My husband and I travel a lot so I'm often looking for nail salons in places I've never been. My first step is to go on Google maps and then look at the ratings. Luxe Spa definitely deserves higher than 3.8 stars! When I called to inquire about services, the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I arrived on time for my appointment, was greeted warmly upon arrival, and was seated immediately. It was quiet and the staff was very warm and friendly. Kim did a French manicure with dipping powder and waxed my eyebrows. She was very professional and meticulous! My nails turned out amazing! I highly recommend this salon."

"I am not a regular nail care girl, but when I do get a pedicure I come to Luxe. The girls are fantastic, sometimes you’ll see them run around like their head is cut off, that isn’t their fault, it’s the owners. They do good work and I am happy when I leave."

"This place is nice inside, but the service was terrible. They stood over me until I picked a color. They never told me the color I picked was ten dollars extra. The polish was not applied well. I didn’t get my hands massaged. And the gel manicure lasted less than a week. Less than a week. I will never go back here, and I would never recommend it to anyone."
