"I feel like Mandy really listened to what I wanted and what I needed, and gave me suggestions about what would be good for me. She gave me an awesome, awesome haircut & I look so much better just after the cut and I’m getting color soon. It’s been a long time coming, but I love the salon and Mandy is awesome! I’m feeling so good about my look now! I finally found my new salon. Definitely 10 stars from this girl!!"

"Such a wonderful experience! It was my first time at this salon and Mandy did not disappoint, she nailed my balayage! I live about an hour away, but it's totally worth the drive. I will definitely be back! The salon is cute and cozy inside and both of the owners make you feel welcome. You girls rock!"

"Cannot say enough great things about L&M salon! I see Lauren and I leave with exactly what I ask for every time! She is so talented & uses her expertise to help me meet my hair goals. Her balayage skills are on point. She is also very responsive & accommodating with my tricky schedule. The salon itself is clean, intimate, & cutely decorated. I always feel relaxed and genuinely enjoy my appointments. If you're considering giving them a try, do not hesitate!"

"If you haven’t checked out L&M salon, you should. Lauren is the best! I have been going to her for a few years now and was so happy that she is now the co owner of her own cute new salon. She is super talented and does a beautiful job on my hair. She also uses/recommends the best products to keep my hair healthy and my blonde bright. Couldn’t recommend more!"
