"DO NOT USE RATEWINNER!! Scott Li was horrible with correspondence and very unprofessional. He actually disappeared in the middle of the process, and shared my financial/banking information with the seller. I had signed a bunch of paperwork, paid for a number of inspections (some twice due to his delays), and then he disappeared, never to be heard from again. BEWARE!! Reply to review - what happened with the second time? No replies, no communication. Why? Accident? Hospital?"
