Wow Your Closet

"From start to finish, everything was "WOW". Nichole, the designer is very professional, but also friendly that you feel comfortable and know she care. But outstanding, is the way she listens to what the customer wants. However, what customers want they might not necessarily be able to afford. But don't despair! Her suggestions and tweaking show experience and the customer will still be WOW'D by the design. The office staff were both friendly, and knowledgeable. Ricky, the installer was professional and advised every step of the process. He is meticulous with the cleanliness and installation. He said, when he walks into a customer's house he treats it as his house, with respect! Again - WOW!"

"We loved working with Wow Your Closet from start to finish. Our designer, Nichole, was a pleasure to work with, and helped us with ideas to make our Master Closet more usable. As it, it was not a closet both me and my husband could use (see before pictures that had a metal box that took up a wall, large cubbies that were useless, and a shoe shelf that only fit 12 pairs of shoes) Cindy, in the office, was accommodating and kept us informed and was on top of our needs. Ricky came out for the demo, and was top notch. What a kind person, and knowledgable. His attention to detail, and care for our needs is commendable. John and Bryan came out for the install, and were fun to work with. They helped us enjoy the process, and took the time to get to know us. Their install was flawless. Each person went the extra mile, and we are very pleased. Now on to the next space we need redesigned. We will use Wow Your Closet again. (*Please note: our decision to not have a couple of the "walls" of the system to go all the way to the floor is because of our space and visual constraints. Also the kick plate under the shoe shelf on the far wall was not put in place because there is an a/c vent on the floor and we decided to keep it off for airflow. Normally the shelves come with a finished look all the way to the floor. Each person along the way helped us with these small decisions to make it perfect for our space.)"
