"I’ve never bled so much from getting my nails done in my life. Never going back. I came in the get my acrylics off & then a gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough & tore into my nail bed while trying to get the acrylic off. Made me bleed more from chopping away at my cuticles & then never bothered to check if all my nails were evenly filed. Thank goodness there is a Big Lots near by for antibiotic ointment & band-aids."

"I had dip on my nails and I wanted it off. I had gone in and waited a few minutes then sat down at a station and she said I will be soaking for 15 minutes. Not even 3 minutes later she started using her tool to take off my dip polish which hurts, switching back and forth hands. She asked if I wanted a manicure I said no thank you. My nails look horrible, there is still polish, they look frail and gross. I know I didn’t ask for a manicure and I understand nails will be slightly weak after you take off gel or dip, but my goodness this was not worth $15!!! I feel like every time I go there they rush you and aren’t very nice."

"I had a very bad experience today at this place will never go back nails weren’t dry in at all even after waiting 20 minutes you should not have to pay $80 for a gel pedicure. The gentleman who was the manager was very rude to me, And refused to give me my money back after the young man told me to go under the dryer, and they still weren’t dry and still smudged. I will never go back to this place. I recommend nobody go back because you will get ripped off. I did get my money back, however, after a huge fight."

"My daughter and I love going here our favorite is the pedicures they are always friendly and very welcoming my daughter got her nails done this last time also and they look amazing Tam is our favorite but they are all pretty great"
