"Got tricked into adding warranty for a controller gave the switch to my brother for X mas when time came they said it was over it so wasted $45 dollars not the 1st time they did this sort of thing. Told me my Gamestop rewards where ending soon. They where not had almost a year left now i have it paid for three years of it still do not got magazine every couple months. Use too love this store and they work with you not anymore. The one girl even said that my brother should not have a problem since the warranty even days before they said call Monday will see what we can do to just say nope . Well than i want a refund on my Warranty Nope. Do not use there warranty."

"I had purchased an Xbox One X end of August 2022, decided I wanted to trade it in early November 2022. When I brought it back in the disc eject was not working according to them, I will be honest I had only used the disc tray once or twice, but it still worked. Most of the gaming done on this console was game pass gaming. Obviously, I was sold a faulty console, and according to them the warranty had just expired. I had purchased all my Nintendo Switch games and all of my consoles from this GameStop. I understand that things happen, being sold a faulty console happens. But I was a loyal customer, they refused to help me at all. Every time I went into the store, the employees acted like my presence was a nuisance. I will take my business elsewhere for now on."

"Typical GameStop however I have noticed that management obviously does not teach too good of a customer first methodology here as I have ran into issues on several occasions however I have also had very good occasions at this location I give it 4 stars five stars would follow and be edited if customer service was to see a change however they will do what any other GameStop will you can take your old phones old and gaming consoles as well as games to sell and or buy refurbished"

"Went in looking for an adapter for my Xbox controller. I didn’t see any so I asked the clerk if he could check his back stock and check his online inventory to see if another store has it. I was a clerk to GameStop and know that it’s part of procedure to ask if the customer would like you to check local stores for it. He said no such thing had existed and refused to check the back. I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t for the fact that I knew of the store inventory search bar on their OS. This guy needs to go or get a good talk. Grey short haired man."
