"Idont know the females name( short, hair in a bun) but she’s incredibly rude. Doesn’t matter if you’re nice to her or go through drive through. She has a HORRIBLE attitude. Change your work environment if you’re not happy."

"Since the "upgrade" this place has gone down hill. The service is terrible. The workers talk about the drive thru customers while in the company of customers in the lobby. I ordered a signature latte and 2 donuts but waited 35 minutes"

"From the moment we walked into this location, we felt uncomfortable. We tried to use the kiosk to order, but it doesn't give you the option to add anything to your sandwich. I waited for someone to come take our order and the girl just sneered because I guess I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. She took our order. And didn't give me a receipt, just told me the number for our order. This would have been fine if I was able to remember the number for 20 minutes. We waited for our food while other customers were walking in, ordering food and drinks and leaving before us. We finally get our order. Mine was avocado toast with bacon. If I'm paying extra for bacon, there should be sufficient bacon. There were crumbles of bacon, see photo. My husband went to the counter to ask someone if this is the correct amount. She just looked at him, mouth wide open, and just nodded. She must not have words to use. So he went over to the boy that was making the food to ask. He said it was a full scoop, but then asked my husband if he wanted more bacon. This boy used his bare hand and pulled a rare piece of bacon out to add to the avocado toast. Is this for real??? Additionally, the avocado spreaf in my avocado toast was practically frozen. My husband declined and we left. Rude staff, horrible service and unsanitary."

"The girls working there are extremely rude, I ask a question and they talk to me like I’m dumb. On top of them constantly messing my food up, they need to work on treating customers better. It sucks when you’ve had a bad day and just ask a question and they snicker and talk to you like a baby."

"I have never ordered here and my food comes out how I asked or even cooked. Last two times I had to order here because I was late for work and needed breakfast my food came out cold. Not only cold but the last time I ordered a bagel and asked for lightly toasted it seemed like they just defrosted it and handed it to me because it was very gooey and cold. My hash-browns were also cold. I couldn’t even eat it, I threw them away. I would never recommend this place it’s a waste of money and time."
