"Good place"
"I found Mary to be educational and customer friendly when making a purchase of beef from her store. I will continue to buy from her store."
"I would not use this business again. I hired their goats to clear ivy from a section of wooded area. I was concerned about a particular set of trees and specifically asked the owner before everything was settled if the trees would be safe, uncovered, from the goats. She said that the goats would eat the branches and leaves of the trees but they would not eat the bark. I trusted her, not knowing much about goats, assuming she knew what she was talking about. I noticed two nights later that they were stripping the trees of the bark. I called Mary and no answer and no call back until the next day when she did not take any responsibility for her mistakes. She miscalculated how long it would take the goats to eat the foliage in the area. They ate what they wanted, needed more food, then stripped the trees. She should have told me there was a possibility that they would eat the bark. If I had known there was even a small chance I would have asked for the fence to be moved before everything really started. But she did not tell me these things. She didn't even offer any money back or any help in fixing the trees. My trees can die now because the bark was stripped all the way around the trunks. I had to call her and she still seemed as if she had no responsibility in the matter, repeatedly saying that she cannot control the goats what the goats eat. There are factors for which she could control. She refused to acknowledge these all the while attempting to place the blame on me. She finally offered to buy some tree paint from the hardware store and bring it to me a week later. But a week would be too long to wait for treatment and my trees would surely die. In addition to all of this, the goats didn't eat all of the foliage I wanted them to. Now I will have to pull up what they failed to eat. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars and I still have to do a ton of work. Take my advice, hire someone else!"
