Because they only sell their own lines in their own stores, you are not overwhelmed by trying to figure out how which mattress of several similar products from different manufacturers is the one that suits your needs. Do you have a tight turn in the hallway leading to your bedroom? No problem! Since they build the mattress, they can build a hinge into it - at no extra charge! The warranty is outstanding - 10 years, non-prorated, unlike many of their competitors. Our sales person, Lisa was attentive, informative, and not pushy. I was in and out in less than an hour."
