"I think this is a singles meet up spot for Philly. Nice vibe, bushes are great to hook up in. Great sunrise views, very safe (just jump in the water if you got issues - they won't follow). Wheelchair friendly - good place if you were into downhill racing with your wheelchair. It's like the bunny slopes here."
"Beautiful, calm and gorgeous view. You can spend time calmly sitting here and admiring the beautiful view. Parking can be a bit of a challenge however you will find paid parking in the near vicinity. There are few restaurants around from where you can enjoy this view while dining in."
"Open space with green area and shades. Close to the water. A lovely recreational place to taking good pics of the Franklin bridge, to enjoy some sunshine and to hangout with friends. It's free and open to the public."
