"Was warned to not trust from the beginning. Gave this local company the benefit. Huge mistake, bought a crossbow that had a separated limb. Took it back to get fixed, he kept it for over a month with no info or call back. Seems like his hunting was way more important than mine! Finally after talking with my lawyer, and threatening to put a lein on his property, he Finally gave my money back! Oh that came with a no trespassing letter. That is how he treats his unhappy customers. Instead of helping me he made me see the kind of business he provides, and I don't want that kind of service. I work hard for my money, and that didn't seem to matter. If I could this company (j&T Archery)would get negative 3 stars, for customers service. Also for poor business practices!"
