"I did not have a positive experience with Petite Pet Gallery. I wanted my cat’s hair trimmed. To my surprise, when I picked her up, they told me that they couldn’t trim her hair. Instead, they gave her a bath and charged me $100 for that service (that I didn’t want). They didn’t call me to explain the situation and I feel like I got ripped off. I will not be going back to this business."

"So disappointed. I have gone to this groomer for 5 years and the price has gone up increasingly with no change in service. Took dog for a year and out of nowhere the price increased $15 for the scissor work. Now it's because it's a double coat and $30 more. Great way to treat your customers. I suggest if you go get quote before. As for me I will go where my dollars are respected"

"They did a wonderful job with our baby Bruno. They took a really good care of him. He is very scared of grooming machines and sometimes it is really hard to cut his hair, but fortunately we found Petite Pet Gallery a good and safe place to do it. So happy with it!"

"My miniature schnauzer was unrecognizable is a very good way! Before finding Petite Pet Gallery I had taken her to a chain pet place that did a horrible job in cutting down her fur. I am SO glad to have found this place. They are quick and their prices are fair compared to a lot of surrounding groomers. My fur baby was also happy when leaving (which is a huge deal because her anxiety can be through the roof). I have officially found my favorite grooming spot. I highly recommend!"

"I took my medium-long haired cat to get a teddy bear cut for the shedding season. I had never taken him to get officially groomed (he went to the vet for sanitary clips now and then) and was worried how he would react. Like most cats, he likes to decide when he interacts with people, when he's held and brushed, etc. He came out of his appointment looking fantastic, smelling great, and seemingly unfazed by the whole experience. His cut was remarkably even. I wasn't sure how he would look after his trim; after the results and his positive experience, he will definitely be getting a trim regularly."
