The website says the store has stovepipe, so I went to the store and said I'd like some. They said you have to do it online. So I went online and placed an order. Next morning I get an email saying your order's been cancelled. Call the store, they say call customer service. Customer service computer takes forever to reach an actual person, who says nope - can't sell you stovepipe as it's seasonal and packed away for the summer. The third agent I talked to managed to figure out a way to ship direct to my home, but this ordeal was two hours of frustration and I still have to call my bank and sort out the correct charges. TLDR: Don't ever order anything from these people. TSC is a good place to shop but if it's not *right there in the store*, forget about it."
