"I have been going to EnV since i was a teenager and i always liked my hair but my stylist left so i went to a different girl. i asked to go back to my natural brown ashy hair color after having blonde on top and black on the bottom of my hair and get a butterfly cut. I hadn’t been to the hair salon in a year and a half so my hair had (STILL HAS) split ends. I went in and all she did was add color on top of the black and the blonde so now my hair is two totally different colors on the top and bottom when i wanted it to be one single color with highlights. the cut and color looks awful unless it’s curled and styled because the layers are so choppy. my hair looks so bad when it’s unstyled it makes me want to cry, it’s like i never got it done in the first place. first pic is what my hair was like before and the others are after."
