"I waa given an appointment for today, December 14 th at 3. I got in there and Elaina stated she didn’t have time for me , even though I had an appointment! Elaina is also the manager… they wouldn’t even give me another stylist. I will never go there again. They weren’t accommodating at all!Elaina told me she had nothing til after the Holidays."

"Kasey did my hair for the first time. She was so on point with the entire experience...cut, color, and style. I can't wait to go back! 2022 update...I don't remember when I wrote the original, but Kasey remains amazing! She knows my hair now, knows my taste, and treats me so fabulously in her chair. I am always happy to see her and walk out feeling great! Absolutely worth any wait to see her or Nick! 2023 update...Kasey now sees both my daughters, too. She's a class act, and always takes amazing pride in her work. Definitely get the conditioning treatment if you haven't done that. It's amazing!"
