"Was waiting in line to return a pair of shoes. And one of the associates had asked me if I had a return or exchange? And I said a return. So as I stated walking she looks at me and says stop! I don’t make enough to help you with that she will half to help you.. as she referred to her other worker.. which she was already taking care of someone. Never had a problem with this place but after that was enough for me.. very disappointed.."
"There is a huge selection of shoes for the whole family and the prices are very reasonable. Now some of the styles from brands are not their newest shoes but still a great price. They also have a reward programs that you can cash in on dollars off. I bought 3 pair in one day. I ended up returning a pair, figured I never wear them and bought another pair I love.
