"My wife and I rented two bikes for 4 hours the last weekend of October. The staff member helping us, Luke, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He outfitted us with Trek Verve2 bikes to fit our needs. The owner, Mandela, gave us a shuttle ride with the bikes to Frostburg. He also was very friendly and helpful. For 15 miles it was all downhill, no pedaling required. What a beautiful ride- fall colors, mountains, passed through a train tunnel and watched the train go by. The GAP trail was well groomed too. Just a great experience. Highly recommend WheelzUp and the GAP trail."

"This place is a JOKE! I had a new bike that needed the wheel trued. I called and kept getting their automated system. After 5 times I finally got ahold of a human. He was so unprofessional. He sounded like he didnt know what I was talking about. I told him I needed a wheel trued and the told me theyd have to replace spokes and do all this extensive work. I said its a brand new bike! Then I asked if they could true the wheel same day and he said no drop it off and well get to it sometime next week. How frustrating. There are no options for bike repair in western md. But im sure if you wanted to rent a bike or go on an excursion theyd roll out the red carpet."
