"Their customer service is horrible…… They never have bags also, this is no exaggeration. The new law for Baltimore county is in effect and we have to pay for bags now but they never have any"
"I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Family Dollar in the Country Ridge shopping center. Angie, the manager, has done an exceptional job of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like a family environment. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly "hello," "good morning," or "good evening," which is genuine and makes every visit feel special. The entire team, including Ray and Larry, consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers with whatever they need. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Heather and Donya. Heather, who was working as a cashier, greeted me with a friendly smile and noticed that I wasn't quite myself. She took the time to ask if everything was okay, which meant the world to me. It's the little things like this that make all the difference. Doyna was incredibly helpful on the floor, going out of her way to assist me in locating an item for my grandson. Her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Family Dollar and its amazing staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a welcoming and customer-focused shopping experience. Thank you to Angie, Heather, Donya, and the entire team for consistently going above and beyond!"
"Came there on Sunday.Waited until 9:15 am. Store closed. Came the next day. And a employee named Freddie told me. He is entitled to open up the store late if he wants to. How you like that. Don't shop while Freddie is working."
"I hate to leave negative reviews but after several trips to the same location the situation never changes. This has become a repeated pattern of little to no respect for customers. After a heated exchange with a customer the cashier cursed the patron out as though she were not the employee of the store. After the customer left the cashier continued to curse loud enough to be heard in the back of the store. There were several children many under the age of 4 whose parents now had to explain what these words meant. This went on for about 5 minutes. Not once did the manager acknowledge the lack of professionalism or the fact that there were children in the store. This store went from customers being greeted at the door to being ignored talked over or walking into a verbal altercation and hoping it doesn’t become physical."
"Manager started a argument then banned after she didn’t like my race and tried to start a fight after asking why customer has to put up bag and she Does not while shopping and instead escalated the situation way further then need be, police had to be called not going back here again would put negative if I could."
