"It's been a rocky road with my John Deere 3046R, and the verdict is still out on whether I'd purchase another. I believe that the newer models have too much 'gingerbred' and this leads to expensive and time consuming repairs. That said, I want to thank Steve at Atlantic Lawn and Garden Service. Despite a frustrating case, he 'steered the course' and maintained his calm demeanor, even when I lost mine. I know he went to bat for me and that deserves a Hi Five."

"HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! I recently dropped off 4 small wheels and tires for replacement for my grandsons go cart. Changing the small tires can be inherently difficult without the tire machine. They were done on time and all seem to hold air. I went to check out and the “Manager” told me the bill was $286! Naturally I responded in disbelief. The brand new tires only cost $120! I can have all 4 tires changed AND balanced on my 4x4 for a hundred bucks. Apparently their new pricing put tire work at $135 an hour with a minimum half hour charge per tire! I feel ripped off! Taken advantage of. And more than anything disappointed that I can’t trust my local dealership to be fair to working people. I’ll never return to this store. Shame on you."
"The female answering the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes. We spoke for a few sentences and as I was still speaking she hung up on me. Follow up: I appreciate the Mgr, Mike reaching out to me. I have not had a chance to follow up with him. I am customer service at my job and I realize there are all kinds of complications handling customers. I was taken so by surprise that I made a comment before I had a chance to process. But that is customer service, right? You get a very short window to impress your customers. I forgive! I will continue to use this business, they are local and I have had great dealings with them in the past!"
