I generally compare prices at LIDL, Target, Wal-Mart and Petco! Could not beat the price if this grain free dog that I just purchased for my dog “DeeDee” for $12.99! She is on a budget right now as well!"

"Aside from the customer service received, I was upset that my grooming appointment which was at 12:30 lasted until 7pm. Even after I arrived, he still was not ready and was told the groomer needed a break(which is understandable, but, was working on another dog). The cut looks unfinished and I doubt he even had a bath. I am a vital care member and I usually get ungraded shampoo, spray, and even a bandana or bow tie and he didn’t receive anything. As far as the cut, I requested he NOT to be shaven off and yet, he was. I made sure he was throughly brushed out before dropping off to avoid being shaven down. Which the groomer ensured me of(even after feeling for mats which he had none). I’m just really disappointed in the overall grooming salon and I doubt I’ll return. If it’s okay to offer my suggestion, groomers should listen to requests and should be properly trained in grooming dogs of a particular breed. I could have easily done this myself and saved myself the $94 spent and the day spent waiting."
