"I had a terrible experience getting my nails done here for my wedding. I went on a Saturday to get a full set before I left the country the following Tuesday (keep in mind this business is closed Sundays and Mondays). Unfortunately, with this business being closed on Sundays and Mondays, I didn’t have the option to call them and address the issue before I left town. I had to find another nail tech who thankfully saved my nails. She had to completely take off the set and even exclaimed multiple times how bad the original set was, how uneven the nails were (not just the length and shape, but the actual acrylic themselves), and even how she truly did not think the nails would have made it to my wedding on Saturday. When I finally had a chance to call A Finished Appearance and express all of this and how I had to pay for a full set twice plus someone to remove them , I was met with defensiveness and no accountability. I simply wanted my $75 back but the owner would only offer me a portion of my money back or a “gift certificate”. Even after I explained how I have no desire to come back, I was told “you had time to get someone else to fix them, why didn’t you just come back in here to fix them?” As if I could walk in to a business while they are closed on Sundays and Mondays while I was leaving the country on Tuesday. I’m sure the owner will respond to this and deny/blame me, but if I could have just gotten a full refund, I wouldn’t have ever bothered to leave a bad review. I’ll never recommend someone to get their nails done here especially after the way my issues were dismissed and I was argued with over $75."

"I never leave reviews, but this place is just awful. My daughter had nails and hair done here and both experiences and outcomes were trash. A blonde woman that works there greeted us and was absolutely insufferable, quick to have an attitude and be rude when asked 1 question, it was off putting as soon as we walked in. Her nails looked like they were done as quickly as possible, acrylic didn’t even go to the cuticle so they looked grown out, and the simple requested paint job was so sloppy. The nails started popping off in 4 days. And trust me, my daughter does nothing in life that would make well done acrylics fall off so quickly. Next, to get some simple, soft curls, reference pictures shown, and she came out looking like Nellie from The Little House on the Prairie, and charged $60 for curls. That’s absurd. I took her home, washed it out, and did it myself and it looked exactly like what she wanted. I should have done it myself in the first place, but she wanted the experience of getting prom hair done at a salon, we will never make that mistake again. It’s just disappointing when you trust PROFESSIONALS to do something, and especially something simple like soft curls, or applying acrylic nails, paying good money for it, and it is NOTHING like what you requested. Do not recommend."
