"No wait here and the other two great clips had 45 min to over an hour wait. They were busy here, but still very friendly. My husband and I went together, we used the app to pre register. It was all very smooth. The woman I had knew exactly what I wanted and didn't tell me it was silly or too different, she just did it, and did it correctly!!!! I wish the app would let you choose the stylist. Anyway my husband was pleased with his as well, we both finished together and then, they explained how we can get a discount the next time we go!! Super happy we went here instead of where we normally go. This was a much better experience. Thank you Ladies for all your hard work!"

"The woman that cut my hair wouldn't let me speak or show her the picture for reference I was trying to say what I wanted and she was pretty much saying what SHE was gonna do to my hair the words I was able to get out I thought she understood and when she was done I realized she hacked my hair and made it look worse than before. And I kept telling her to leave my bangs alone as they were hairs I finally got back from post partum hair loss and she kept demanding to touch them but I said no and when I was trying to tell her how i was unsatisfied she said "but you didn't show me any picture"... I tried to and you ignored it. I walked out. So i have to now go to another place to get my hair cut short as I've been taking time and care of my hair to grow it out."
