"Put simply: This place is a dump. I've been going here for years because it's convenient, but I can't push my cart down aisles because they are piled with boxes. Merchandise is in piles that are spilling over. Today, there was a mountain of boxes piled at the front of the store. This is what a store run by a hoarder looks like."

"Ordered for same day delivery but there was a mixup and I only got part of my order. Came in person to pick up the rest of it and Shawn was very helpful. Overall turned an inconvenient situation into a pleasant one."

"There were boxes of inventory in many of the aisles but it didn't look like they were actively restocking the shelves, just a bit chaotic. The website said the item I wanted was in stock but I couldn't find it. When I asked an employee he said he hadn't seen the item in stock for weeks or months."

We are new to the area, and I was apprehensive about groomers in Northern Virginia/DC in general but ultimately chose to go with Petco because of the good reviews. Best decision! Sang was very kind and friendly and did a marvelous job on Luka. He has never looked better! We will be coming back!"

"Highly professional and are knowledgeable of all animals, fish and birds. Products are mostly stocked. Came in for grooming services and wanted to sign up to get a discount but the VitalCare system was down. Next day, Shawn and his associate were willing and eager to assist on signing me up and getting me discounts and explaining everything in the Petco app. I will be going to this location for all my pet needs! 10/10"
