"Hairstylist (Joe) is excellent but unfortunately front desk personnel is totally incompetent. Last appt. we had- we arrived and they said they had tried to leave a message to cancel. How many times did they try? From their report they knew 3 months prior but they certainly did not attempt to send a letter. When I rescheduled the last appt. for my husband they told me Joe only comes in at noon on Saturdays now so we had made the appt. for noon today. Then today they said they couldn’t do everything that was planned as we were late even though we were there at noon as previously scheduled. In so many professions, you may have an excellent provider but the competency or incompetency of the front desk personnel may make or break the practice."

"Donna cut my son’s hair and worked some magic on it yesterday. It turned out fantastic. She talked with him and made sure he was comfortable with her suggestions based on what he said he wanted. It was the first time he ever walked out of somewhere loving his hair. We even made a follow up appointment. Now, Donna is the one he wants to see moving forward. Thank you!"
