"Not happy with the service. I will be going else where. I do like they called to follow up, but the call was unapologetic. I wouldn't take my dog there after two grooming appointments. Certain groomers from what I have seen do amazing work. Just have to be careful and pick the right groomers who are passionate and caring for your pup."

"I took my dog here after having an amazing grooming experience at this establishment prior. Today, I picked him up and he looked awful. I have an australian shepherd and any good groomer knows that you are NOT supposed to shave their coat. It’s okay to fix them up and trim fly aways with SCISSORS but somebody unevenly hacked his hair off with clippers. If you have an Aussie or any dog with a coat, beware. Don’t end up like me, it takes months for their coats to grow back. Hopefully it grows in the same. i added before and after pictures of the worst part."
