"I honestly never do this, but my previous appointment has made me very upset. I paid $215 for a lash/ brow tint and lift. The lash tech did not mention the “gel pads” that she offered to put under my eyes were an extra $15. I also left with grinch looking eyebrows as she did not trim or pluck them at all. My lashes that were supposed to be “lifted” were not lifted at all. My lash tech also had a mask on and was coughing throughout the appointment. I ended up TWO DAYS LATER with a cold that absolutely ruined my vacation that I was getting these done for. I reached out multiple times. I got 2 calls back stating they would reperm my lashes. I’m not a lash tech, but this does NOT seem safe to do especially since I just had my lash extensions of 5 years taken off 1.5 months ago. I asked for a partial refund and now i’m being ghosted. This was honestly the most awful experience I’ve had and I am very sad about it."

"Horrible ! This was 2 days after I got my lashes done . They had me come back so they could redo them and well same thing all the lashes were falling out… The tech had me convinced that my own natural lashes just could not hold lashes ! Lie! the first couple photos are them sucking at doing lashes the last photos are my lashes 2 weeks in with someone who knows what they are doing !"
