There are always plenty of employees, and plenty of cash registers open, each with an actual cashier. There are few grocery items I can't find here. It's a solid selection, typically well stocked. The produce and meat departments are well maintained, as well as the bakery and deli. Definitely my go-to grocery store in Mount Airy."
