"I’ve been going to super cuts often and ussually get my haircut done by a specific person which turns out to be really good but I feel other than that specific person everyone else is inexperienced and don’t understand what your trying to say especially this one person she is very rude impolite and acts asif she is doing a charity but giving me a haircut she says there is a line and I’m making others wait even tho there is no one there, I feel she is bringing down the Supercuts ratings. I’ve been to several hair salons but never met a person this rude and inexperienced. She is not only giving me a horrible haircut but also being rude !!!. She also didn’t let me speak anything . Please DONT come to this place with unless you want to ruin your whole day by meeting such a horrible person who also gives the worst haircut ."

"Not a bad place, but don’t waste time “scheduling an appointment”. There’s not list, there’s no appointments. It just first come first serve. “Scheduling an appointment” does not guarantee you a spot for a haircut at that time. So I’m not sure why that is a feature of Super Cuts? Just say it’s first come first serve and get rid of the appointment thing instead of leading people on? Haircuts have been ok. Not super great with Asian hair types unless it’s just a straight cut."
"Cathy gave me a great haircut. A beautician from a different company had not given me a good cut. But Cathy saw what needed to be fixed and now I feel and look like my previous self! Plus, she surprised me with using a wet, warm towel to clean the hairs off of my neck. A practice only offered by Supercuts! Thanks!"
